MiniMax H3 Terms of Service

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify support promptly if you believe your account or credits have been used without authorization.

MiniMaxm provides a hosted interface for generating short AI videos with MiniMax H3 workflows, including text, image, keyframe, video, audio, and reference inputs where available. MiniMaxm is an independent service and is not operated by MiniMax. Features, models, limits, and output quality may change over time.

Paid credits are sold as one-time purchases in U.S. dollars and are not subscriptions. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal. Credits are added after payment confirmation and do not represent cash, stored value, or a transferable balance. Failed generations may be automatically refunded in credits when the service records a qualifying failure. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, completed credit purchases and successfully consumed credits are non-refundable. Contact support@minimaxm.com if payment succeeds but credits do not arrive.

You retain your rights in prompts, uploads, and other content you submit. You grant MiniMaxm and its service providers the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and modify that content to operate, secure, and support the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required for every submitted file and for reviewing generated output before use. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other output, or unsuitable for your purpose.

You may not use the service to violate law or another person's rights; create or distribute illegal, exploitative, deceptive, or harmful material; impersonate others without authorization; bypass service limits or security; interfere with service operation; or upload malware or content you are not permitted to use. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, legal, or payment risks.

The service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniMaxm disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a specific generation time, or that output will meet every prompt or production requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiniMaxm and its operators, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or generated content arising from use of or inability to use the service.

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The revised date will be posted above, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and MiniMaxm concerning the service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
